1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and users engage at their own risk and discretion.

2. Description of Service

This platform facilitates connections between individuals posting wishes ("Wishers") and individuals choosing to grant them ("Benefactors"). We are merely a facilitator and are not party to any transactions between users.

2.1 Service Fee

A 10% SERVICE FEE IS CHARGED ON ALL GRANTED AMOUNTS

• This fee is automatically deducted from funds before transfer to the Wisher
• Example: If a Benefactor grants ₦10,000, the Wisher receives ₦8,500
• This fee covers platform operations, payment processing, and maintenance
• The fee percentage may be adjusted with 30 days notice

2.2 Fee Visibility

• Benefactors will see the wish amount - fees before payment
• Wishers will see both the granted amount and net amount they'll receive
• All fees are non-refundable

3. User Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk

3.1 Complete Personal Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through the platform
• You acknowledge that all interactions and transactions are at your own risk
